Service Questions
What's the difference between your HRT program and The Cobalt Circle?
Our HRT program focuses specifically on hormone optimization with ongoing physician oversight and includes regular labs and protocol adjustments.
The Cobalt Circle is our comprehensive membership that includes ongoing direct access to Dr. Swenson, all services (HRT, peptides, regenerative procedures, IV therapy, ketamine), bi-annual comprehensive lab panels, at-home visits, and worldwide medical advocacy.
Can I do both HRT and peptide management?
Yes. We offer combined HRT + Peptide Management programs.
How many ketamine sessions will I need?
Most patients begin with an initial series of 3-6 sessions over 4-6 weeks. Our clinical team will assess your response and determine if additional sessions or maintenance therapy is appropriate.
Are regenerative procedures painful?
Discomfort varies by procedure and treatment area. We use appropriate anesthesia and comfort measures. Most patients report mild to moderate discomfort during the procedure with minimal post-procedure pain.
How often do I need to come in for HRT management?
Initial consultation includes comprehensive labs and protocol design. Follow-up visits are typically quarterly, with lab monitoring every 3-6 months. Adjustments can be made between visits via messaging.
Do you prescribe peptides directly?
We provide medical oversight and protocol design for peptide therapy and prescribe peptides from FDA approved 503a pharmacies . This management model ensures you receive expert guidance while accessing high-quality peptides.
What's included in IV therapy sessions?
Each IV session is customized based on your needs. Sessions typically last 30-90 minutes depending on the protocol. We offer NAD+, high-dose Vitamin C, immune support, athletic recovery, hydration, and custom formulations.
